Technical Contact
Request a Demonstration
Request a personalized technical session to see OnLIMS in action. We'll demonstrate specific mining workflows, Level 0 instrument integration, and real-time operational dashboards tailored to your laboratory requirements.
What the session covers
A working laboratory, not a slide deck
The demonstration runs against a live OnLIMS environment, following a sample from reception to Certificate of Analysis. We adapt it to the workflows you actually run — assay, geochemical, metallurgical, environmental or production.
Instrument capture
Direct serial (RS232) and file-based capture, dilution and moisture factors, detection limits, and how a new instrument is added by configuration rather than by recompiling.
Statistical QA/QC
Shewhart, X-Control, CUSUM and Thompson-Howarth charts over CRM, blank and duplicate controls, and what happens when a control falls outside its limits.
Traceability and release
The enforced lifecycle (Pending → Ready → Approved → Published), locked-on-publish results and the field-level audit trail that records old value, new value, user and timestamp.
Accreditation evidence
OnQMS mapping ISO/IEC 17025 clause by clause against real records, with your accreditor's guidelines cited by document version.
Who should be in the room
Bring the people who run the bench
The sessions that go best include a laboratory supervisor or QA/QC lead alongside whoever owns IT. The laboratory side judges whether the workflow matches how the bench actually works; IT covers deployment, databases and access control.
It helps to have at hand the instruments you need integrated and their output format, your approximate sample volume, which accreditation body you answer to (if any), and whether you need to run on-premises, against a cloud-hosted SQL Server, or under Citrix/RDS. None of it is required to book the session — it just makes the time more useful.

Frequently Asked Questions
What to expect from a demonstration session.
What does the demonstration cover?
It runs against a live OnLIMS environment and follows a sample from reception through to Certificate of Analysis, adapted to the workflows you actually run: instrument capture, statistical QA/QC, the enforced lifecycle and audit trail, and accreditation evidence in OnQMS.
Who should attend?
The sessions that work best include a laboratory supervisor or QA/QC lead together with whoever owns IT. The laboratory side judges whether the workflow matches the bench; IT covers deployment, databases and access control.
What should we prepare beforehand?
Nothing is required. It helps to know which instruments you need integrated and in what output format, your approximate sample volume, which accreditation body you answer to if any, and whether you need to run on-premises, against a cloud-hosted SQL Server or under Citrix/RDS.
